




We are looking for you: TREASURY MANAGER We want you to feel great from the start and continue maintaining our company as a market leader in telecommunications solutions, so we will welcome you with the following: * Statutory and superior benefits from your first day working with us. * Work tools. * Company phone * Free uniforms * Paid leave * Clinic for free medical consultations * Work Monday through Friday These are your key responsibilities: * Manage daily cash flow * Tax payments * Supervise banking relationships and manage short- and long-term financing needs. * Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures to ensure proper financial risk management * Coordinate the preparation of financial and treasury reports for senior management * Perform cash flow projections and liquidity analysis to support strategic decision-making. * Supervise investments * Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations related to treasury operations * Supervise the complete payroll process (calculation, CFDI stamping, disbursement, incidents, final settlements, and liquidations). * Ensure compliance with IMSS, Infonavit, SAT, and other fiscal and labor obligations. * Verify correct integration of contribution salary bases. * Coordinate internal and external audits related to payroll. * Guarantee confidentiality and security of employee information. And we require: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury or financial management roles. * Knowledge of banks: BBVA, Santander, Banorte * Handling multiple companies * Solid knowledge of cash flow management, financing, and financial risks. * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with different teams and supervise staff. * At least 3 years in **payroll management** (experience with payrolls over 500 employees is desirable). * Experience managing electronic banking, payment disbursements, and bank relationships. * Payroll processes (incidents, final settlements, liquidations, PTU). * Financial and payroll ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Nomilinea, etc.). * Bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
