




Manage center resources to ensure proper operation in accordance with established policies and procedures, as well as address the needs of both internal and external clients to achieve organizational goals and develop subordinate staff. Supervise and follow up on financial processes. Train and monitor personnel with assigned tasks and objectives for the workplace. Provide daily operational reports. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (graduated) Flexible working hours, must have updated tax status certificate (RFC) Responsibilities: * Keep subordinate staff informed about established policies and procedures, as well as any possible updates or changes. * Coordinate subordinate staff to achieve the center's objectives. * Ensure implementation of strategies that promote discipline, results orientation, attention and service, as well as teamwork. * Hire, train, and supervise center personnel. * Develop talent plans for their Business Unit, considering the characteristics of their employees, to increase team effectiveness, diversity, and performance. * Experience in sales focused on results. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience managing work teams oriented toward productivity and results.
