Therefore, We are seeking: **ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT** At the García Ginerés Plant **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration. * Experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint). * Knowledge of Accounts Payable and accounting processes. * SAP proficiency. * Electronic invoicing. * Basic Power BI knowledge. **Responsibilities**: * Validation and review of fiscal requirements on invoices. * Implementation of administrative controls and payment policies. * Review and reimbursement of minor expenses. * Supplier support and follow-up on clarifications and re-invoicing. * Administration and control of invoices for supplier payments. * Generation of departmental reports. * Support in identifying and managing operational risks. * Safeguarding confidential information of the department and suppliers. **We Offer**: * Weekly salary * Discount on our product line * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS!
