**Technical Auditor** OSROCA CORPORATIVO is seeking a professional with auditing experience and knowledge of construction standards and costs to join our team. **JOB DESCRIPTION** In this role, you will be responsible for conducting technical audits to ensure projects comply with established regulations and optimize construction costs. Civil Engineer with experience in quality control to supervise construction processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and guarantee work quality according to technical and safety standards. Additionally, you must collaborate with project teams to implement effective and efficient solutions that reduce costs without compromising quality. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise and verify that construction processes comply with project standards and technical specifications. * Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure proper execution of work (structures, finishes, installations, etc.). * Identify non-conformities, generate quality reports, and follow up on corrective actions. * Control material quality through laboratory tests and field testing (concrete, welding, compaction, etc.). * Prepare technical reports and site logs. * Interpret architectural, structural, and installation drawings. * Coordinate activities with contractors, supervisors, and quality control laboratories. * Support internal and external quality audits. * Promote compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Preparation and authorization of construction cost estimates. **REQUIREMENTS** ### **Must have a vehicle** * Degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in construction and/or quality control. * Knowledge of applicable regulations (NOM, NTC, ISO 9001, etc.). * Proficiency with measurement tools, material testing, and construction management software, preferably ENKONTROL * Ability to solve technical problems and work effectively in a team. * Availability to work on-site. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary. * Fuel allowance. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Continuous training in quality control and current regulations. **Are you interested in joining a team committed to construction excellence?** If you have a meticulous approach and a commitment to excellence in construction, we invite you to join our team.
