We are seeking an **MEP Supervisor** with strong technical expertise and on-site presence, responsible for tracking the progress of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations, verifying their correct execution per project drawings, specifications, and schedule, as well as timely identification of technical and quality deviations. **Responsibilities:** * Verify field progress of MEP installations against the approved schedule. * Record and track documentation and progress on construction management platforms (e.g., Procore). * Review executed work to ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, codes, and project standards. * Monitor contractors’ weekly MEP activity compliance. * Identify scope, quality, or construction sequence deviations and report them promptly. * Support review of technical deliverables: As-Built drawings, checklists, tests, and commissioning reports. * Document progress through clear, traceable reports (photographs and platform records). * Coordinate targeted technical reviews with Architecture and Structural Engineering to resolve interferences. **Requirements:** * Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Civil, or related field). * 3–5 years of construction site experience, including exposure to MEP installations. * Ability to interpret construction drawings and details. * Proficiency in construction management platforms; Procore preferred. * Technical English desirable (reading drawings and specifications). * Availability for on-site work and frequent site visits. **Competencies and Skills:** * Attention to detail and technical judgment. * Strong writing and documentation skills. * Orientation toward closing pending items. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Opportunity for professional development on high-profile projects Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Place of residence in Querétaro? * Years of experience in Construction Management? * Approximate time available for onboarding Language: * English (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
