**Construction Supervisor – Installation and Finishes** Who we are? *At BAUM, we are a company specialized in carpentry for real estate developments, focused on the manufacturing and installation of doors, closets, kitchens, and vanities.* Job responsibilities: 1\) Maintain construction log. 2\) Verify timelines and progress of completed work. 3\) Prepare weekly estimates. 4\) Supervise installation progress. 5\) Carry out project closings. 6\) Confirm proper completion of work. 7\) Send daily agenda. 7\) Lead the work team. 8\) Manage payroll and pre-payroll (timely submission). 9\) Manage release of contracted records through customer delivery reports. Requirements: 1\) Education: Industrial or Civil Engineering 2\) Experience: minimum 2 years in a similar position. 3\) Organization and service-oriented attitude. 4\) Availability of time. 5\) Must reside in Mérida, Yucatán.
