We are looking for a **Hydraulic Projects and Installations Supervisor** with proven experience in the planning, execution, and technical supervision of hydraulic works. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and coordinate the execution of residential, commercial, and urban hydraulic projects. * Interpret and create **AutoCAD drawings** for hydraulic installations and irrigation systems. * Supervise the quality of **hydraulic labor and materials**, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. * Prepare **material take-offs (BOM)** and construction progress reports. * Produce **As\-Built drawings**, technical documentation, and field change control. * Manage and supervise installation personnel, ensuring productivity and adherence to schedules. * Make **quick and effective decisions** in response to technical or logistical issues. * Maintain constant communication with engineering, procurement, and clients for project follow-up. **Requirements** * Architect, Electrical, Civil or Hydraulic Engineer. * Minimum of 2 **years of experience supervising hydraulic works or projects**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and blueprint reading. * Solid knowledge of **hydraulic materials and equipment** (pumps, valves, pipes, filtration systems, irrigation, etc.) * Valid **driver's license**. * Leadership, proactivity, organizational skills, and good communication abilities. * **Experience in water treatment projects, swimming pools, and irrigation systems is desirable.** * **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (2-hour lunch break) and Saturdays from 7:15 am to 1:00 pm. * **AGE:** 27 years and older **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Growth opportunities. * Professional and collaborative work environment. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT) * Paid vacations and holiday bonus.
