Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer with experience in construction programming and control, planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects. (Residential projects preferred) * Responsibilities: \- Program and control construction progress \- Coordinate with work teams and contractors \- Monitor and report construction progress \- Analyze and report progress and deviations \- Collaborate in problem resolution and decision-making * Required Skills: \- Knowledge of construction scheduling tools (Excel, Opus, MS Project, Primavera, etc.) \- Experience in construction control and supervision \- Knowledge of AutoCAD \- Communication and teamwork skills \- Ability to work under pressure * Experience Level: 2\-5 years of experience in similar positions * Requirements: \- Architecture or Civil Engineering degree \- Experience in construction projects (residential projects preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $22,877\.12 per month Work Location: On-site employment
