Participation in interior design and construction budgeting · Advanced BIM modeling in Revit for architectural and executive projects. · Preparation and coordination of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings in Revit and AutoCAD. · Design and coordination of electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, and stormwater systems. · 3D modeling and rendering generation. · Multidisciplinary coordination among architecture, structure, and MEP systems. · Preparation of construction drawings, construction details, isometric drawings, and quantity takeoffs. · Management of BIM families and project change control. · Support in preparing technical and commercial presentations for clients and Descriptive Reports using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva, with a professional and technically clear approach. · Use of Photoshop for graphic and presentation materials. · Participation in interior design and construction budgeting.
