Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Supervisor to coordinate and supervise mechanical engineering projects, including installation, maintenance, and personnel management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive supervision of mechanical engineering projects on site. 2. Development of project schedules and material requisitions. 3. Personnel management, proactivity, and conflict resolution. **Salary:** 14,000.00 (MXN)–18,000.00 (MXN) per month Job Description: **FIELD SUPERVISOR (PROJECTS)** REQUIREMENTS: Gender: Unrestricted Age: Minimum 28 years old Education: Mechanical Engineering or related field (excluding automotive mechanics) Experience: 3–5 verifiable years (Mandatory) **Knowledge:** Supervision of proper project development in all aspects and coordination of all on-site execution activities. Supervision of mechanical installation of piping, equipment, and instruments according to the assigned project. Proper maintenance and timely updating of project logs. Preparation of individual project schedules. Material requisitions, including required tools and equipment for each project.
