Juárez)** **Job Objective** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the correct **execution of hydraulic, sanitary, electrical, and special installations** in a **high-volume, repetitive social interest serial housing project**, guaranteeing compliance with **design, regulations, quality, and schedule**, under repetitive and high-volume construction schemes. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the correct execution of: * Hydraulic and sanitary installations * Electrical installations (low voltage) * Gas installations (if applicable) * Preparations for services (telecommunications, meters, etc.) * Verify compliance with: * Installation drawings * Technical specifications * Local regulations and codes * Coordinate and supervise **installation contractors**. * Control the **installation sequence** according to the construction schedule. * Identify, report, and follow up on **failures or interferences** between installations and civil works. * Validate functional tests (pressure, continuity, load, etc.). * Implement and monitor **per-unit installation checklists**. * Coordinate with: * Site Resident * Quality Control Resident * Administrative Resident * Support **pre-delivery housing reviews**. * Document progress through reports and photographic evidence. **Required Profile (MANDATORY)** **Education** * Civil Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field **Experience** * **Minimum 4–6 years as Facilities Resident or Installation Supervisor** * **MANDATORY proven experience in:** * **Serial housing** * **Social interest developments** * Coordination of installations in high-volume subdivisions ⚠**Profiles from vertical construction, industrial projects, or premium residential projects will not be considered.** **Key Technical Knowledge** * Hydraulic and sanitary installations in housing * Electrical installations in social interest housing * Reading and interpretation of installation drawings * Basic regulations (electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary) * Construction sequences in serial housing * Testing and commissioning of installations **Skills and Competencies** * Organization and control of multiple work fronts * Attention to detail * Ability to coordinate with contractors * Clear communication with civil works and quality teams * Focus on preventing rework * Working under pressure and toward objectives **Software / Tools** * AutoCAD (mandatory) * Excel (for reporting and controls) * Installation checklists * Photographic reporting **Location and Conditions** * **Project: Ciudad Juárez** * 100% on-site work * Flexible working hours * Residence in the area or willingness to relocate is desirable Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 – $26,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
