Job stability and professional growth. **Construction Project Control and Budgeting – Construction Sector Company** We represent a leading construction sector company seeking to hire a professional responsible for construction project control, preparing budgets from scratch, and managing construction generators. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * **Experience:** Preferably 2 years of experience in construction project control, budget preparation, and construction generators. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in OPUS/SINCO * Advanced Excel skills * Knowledge of AutoCAD * **Familiarity with material pricing and the General Labor Rate Schedule** * **Experience in controlling construction expenses and preparing budgets** **Personal Skills:** * Attention to detail, teamwork capability, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and control construction budgets from scratch. * Develop construction generators and perform volumetric calculations. * Monitor and control construction expenses. * Update and manage construction material pricing. * Interpret blueprints and apply the General Labor Rate Schedule. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project execution. **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $17,000 to $19,000 per month. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability * Growth opportunity Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,810.09 – $19,078.15 per month Work location: On-site employment
