Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform cost analysis, budget preparation, technical documentation, and interdepartmental collaboration for construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cost analysis and control for project optimization 2. Budget preparation and adjustment using value engineering 3. Technical documentation generation and interdepartmental coordination **Education:** Completed degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture **Cost Analysis and Control:** * Collection and analysis of data (materials, machinery, labor). * Quotation of subcontractors and supplier comparisons. * Identification of variances and proposals for improving efficiency and reducing costs. **Budgeting:** * Preparation and adjustment of construction budgets. * Application of value engineering for resource optimization. **Technical Documentation:** * Generation of sketches and generator numbers in editable formats. * Drafting of internal and client meeting minutes for change control. **Interdepartmental Collaboration:** * Coordination with various departments to optimize processes. * Presentation of analyses and recommendations to management.
