Responsibilities: \- Construction supervision. \- Personnel management. \- On-site problem resolution with leadership. \- Management of per diems and expenses. \- Progress reporting. \- Client negotiation. \- Ensuring construction quality. \- Timely and proper project delivery. \- Construction file management. \- Promoting company products. \- Supporting all departments as required. \- Participating in meetings or working groups as convened.
