Verification of layout lines, levels, and plumb lines A construction company is seeking a **Masonry Resident** with proven experience in **rough construction** and personnel supervision on construction projects, preferably **vertical construction** (residential or mixed-use buildings). **Location: Puerto Cancún** Responsibilities: * Supervision of **rough construction** work (foundations, structural elements, walls, slabs, and floor finishes). * Coordination and control of masonry crews. * Verification of layout lines, levels, and plumb lines. * Review of structural and architectural drawings. * Physical progress monitoring according to schedule. * Material requisition and control. * Daily/weekly progress reports. * Compliance with on-site safety regulations. * Coordination with other departments and site residents. Requirements: * Minimum **3 years’ experience as a Masonry Resident**. * Proven experience in **vertical construction**. * Solid knowledge of rough construction processes. * Field personnel management experience. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
