Key knowledge in specialized civil works and hydraulic installations **INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR** Aclara executes specialized industrial construction projects for water treatment plants, combining civil works, electromechanical installation, and technical integration; therefore, the Construction Supervisor must possess proven experience in industrial or hydraulic infrastructure—not traditional construction. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, * Availability to perform 100% fieldwork * English is essential for this position in Houston, TX; passport and Work Visa required. **Essential Technical Experience** Our Aclara Construction Supervisor **must come from**: * Industrial construction or Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) * Focused on execution, control, and safety * Treatment plants * Hydraulic infrastructure * Industrial plants, processes, or services * **On-site construction** (not just assembly) * Urban, industrial, and municipal projects **Must understand that**: * Construction is linked to engineering and manufacturing * Success means meeting **standards, schedule, cost, and operations** **Key Knowledge Areas** * Specialized civil works * Hydraulic installations * Equipment assembly * Site safety * Basic regulations (environmental and safety) * Progress and quality control * Ability to work with prefabricated equipment and on-site construction * Reading and interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Construction scheduling and control (Ms Project, Excel, AutoCAD). * Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly construction progress reports. * Construction and safety standards (NOM, STPS). * Quality control on site. * Contractor management.
