





**Join the Finvivir family and help us fulfill our mission of financial inclusion by transforming thousands of lives through access to microloans in communities** **Join us as a Service Coordinator!** **You only need:** * High school diploma completed or **Technical degree in automotive mechanics (preferred).** * **Basic preventive knowledge of automotive mechanical processes and maintenance, such as: oil changes, tire replacements, inspection and replacement of vehicle fluids, tire pressure checks, etc. General vehicle maintenance.** * Valid driver’s license. * Knowledge and experience driving on highways. * Flexible schedule availability to respond to accident-related incidents. * Basic computer skills. * Availability to work on holidays (triple pay). **Responsibilities:** * Management of the office’s vehicle fleet (maintenance, checklists, vehicle inspections). * Support with procurement, package delivery, and bank deposits (messenger services). * Control of vehicle files and government-related procedures. * Highway driving and support during accident-related incidents. * Monitoring of external repair shops and insurance companies. * Collaborative work with the Administration Manager and commercial network. * Occasional support for basic office maintenance. **We offer:** * Base salary: $10,000 MXN gross. * Weekly payment. * Quarterly bonus. * Monthly attendance bonus: $3,000 MXN. * Year-end bonus: 28 days’ salary. * 5% savings fund contribution. * Vacation: 12 days per year. * Life insurance. * Seniority bonus. * Educational scholarships. * Additional benefits including discounts and electronic money for purchases. * 100% IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) contributions. * Work tools.
