An innovative company in logistics and distribution services is seeking a responsible and committed Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. Supervise, coordinate and control warehouse operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of goods, in compliance with the company's safety, quality, inventory and time standards. Main Functions and Responsibilities * Supervise daily activities related to goods receipt, placement, picking, loading and dispatch. * Verify compliance with operational procedures, internal policies and safety regulations. * Validate goods receipts and dispatches against documentation (customs declarations, invoices, delivery orders, manifests). * Ensure proper execution of physical, cycle and general inventories. * Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, damages or incidents. * Monitor operational indicators (productivity, inventory accuracy, picking times). **Position Profile** **Education:** * Technical degree or incomplete or completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in warehouses or distribution centers. * Prior experience supervising operational staff (desirable). **Technical Knowledge:** * Warehouse and supply chain processes. * Inventory control (FIFO, LIFO, FEFO). * WMS handling. * Logistics indicators (KPIs). * Safety and hygiene standards. **Skills and Competencies:** * Operational leadership. * Organization and control. * Decision-making. * Working under pressure. * Effective communication. * Results-oriented. * Ensuring proper use of warehouse equipment, tools and systems (WMS). * Preparing daily and weekly operational reports.
