




Position Summary: We are seeking a Training and Organizational Development Manager to identify training needs, design programs, and manage workplace climate. Key Highlights: 1. Course design and delivery 2. Workplace climate management and action plans 3. Training needs assessment and development of annual training plans Training and Organizational Development Manager **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Training, or related field. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate–advanced). * Experience in workplace climate management and performance evaluations. * Experience in DNC, annual training planning, and end-to-end training program design. * Knowledge of NOM-035 implementation (preferred). **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify training needs and develop annual training plans. * Design and deliver courses (onboarding, technical, and soft skills). * Manage and monitor workplace climate and action plans. * Measure KPIs and prepare monthly Excel reports. * Coordinate internal events and follow-up with STPS. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (on-call shifts). Note: All salaries listed are gross amounts.
