Position Description** We are seeking a **Swimming Instructor** committed to the holistic well-being of students, with a vocation for teaching and sensitivity in working with infants, children, and adults. The candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and supervising swimming classes adapted to various levels, ages, and physical conditions, ensuring safety, progressive learning, and a positive experience in the water at all times. A healthy lifestyle consistent with the philosophy of mindful movement and body–mind connection is highly valued. **2\. Working Hours** Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. **3\. Workplace** Calzada Porfirio 157, Colonia Reforma, Oaxaca de Juárez (reference: next to McCarthy’s) **4\. Main Responsibilities** · Deliver swimming lessons to infants, children, and adults according to their level. · Design and plan safe, dynamic, and progressive training sessions. · Periodically assess students’ progress and development. · Provide guidance on technique, posture, breathing, and correct movement execution. · Continuously supervise user safety both in and out of the water. · Foster an environment of trust, discipline, respect, and motivation. · Identify areas for improvement and adapt exercises to individual needs. · Maintain a clean, organized, and optimally conditioned workplace. · Assist with basic administrative tasks (attendance tracking, progress reports, etc.). **5\. Requirements** Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience teaching swimming to groups (infants, children, and/or adults) Knowledge: Level-based swimming instruction techniques, first aid and aquatic rescue *(mandatory or desirable, with willingness to obtain certification)*, aquatic safety and risk prevention, motor development (especially in infants and children) Skills: Clear, effective, and empathetic communication; group management and class control; session planning and organization; observation and technical correction; resolution of situations in aquatic environments.
