Job stability. **Job Description:** We are seeking a Safety Officer who prevents workplace accidents and occupational diseases on construction sites through the implementation, supervision, and enforcement of safety and hygiene standards, ensuring safe working conditions in accordance with Mexican legislation, with experience in earthwork and paving projects. **Location:** Progreso Highway. **Department:** Safety/Health. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with NOM-SSST. * Conduct risk assessments. * Prepare incident, accident, and hazardous condition reports. * Supervise high-risk activities. * Control work permits. * Follow up on internal and external audits. **Required Profile:** * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Class B driver’s license. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction site safety. * Experience in public or private construction projects. * Knowledge of NOM-SSST, risk assessment, and accident investigation. * Proficiency in logbooks and reporting. **Availability:** * Willingness to travel. * Availability for overtime when required. * Availability to work on holidays. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
