This position is critical to maintaining strong relationships with clients and caregivers, ensuring service continuity, proper operational scheduling, and real-time efficient communication. Additionally, the role includes supporting recruitment processes and administrative activities that contribute to the talent pipeline, guaranteeing coverage, service quality, and operational efficiency. The position is on-site and requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a high degree of adaptability to demanding, fast-paced work environments. **Main ResponsibilitiesCustomer and Caregiver Management** * Answer client calls courteously and professionally. * Handle scheduling requests, changes, and service-related concerns. * Coordinate and schedule daily caregiver activities according to availability and client compatibility. * Serve as liaison between caregivers and management to support retention and performance. **Scheduling and Operations** * Ensure correct client–caregiver matching. * Guarantee service continuity and operational coverage. * Fulfill on-call duties when required, maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure. * Maintain up-to-date caregiver and client records in the scheduling system. **Communication and Coordination** * Maintain real-time communication with office staff and field teams. * Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette. * Build strong relationships with clients and caregivers to ensure satisfaction and service continuity. **Recruitment and Sales Support** * Support internal recruitment efforts and contribute to the talent pipeline. * Provide support for internal sales initiatives. * Respond effectively and professionally to prospect inquiries. **Administration and Teamwork** * Process references and ensure accurate information recording. * Keep documentation and files updated. * Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment. **Skills and QualificationsExperience** * Minimum **6** months of experience **Technical Skills** * Full proficiency in **English and Spanish**, both oral and written. * Excellent phone handling and customer service skills. * Proficiency in office tools and scheduling systems. * Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills. **Soft Skills** * Positive attitude and interpersonal orientation. * Reliable, resilient, and highly team-oriented individual. * Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments. * Flexibility to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday aligned with ET. \#staff25 Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12,900\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
