Maintain constant communication with area leaders to understand needs We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join the team of a holding company comprising three business units in key sectors: logistics, private security, and pharmaceuticals. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent attraction processes for administrative and operational positions. Responsibilities: * Conduct recruitment and selection of administrative profiles (operational staff, analysts, coordinators, etc.). * Carry out operational recruitment, such as security guards. * Post job openings on specialized portals and networks. * Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across various levels. * Coordinate assessments, documentation, and onboarding processes. * Maintain constant communication with area leaders to understand talent needs. * Update databases and tracking reports. Requirements: * Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in recruitment. * Advanced conversational English (mandatory). * Availability to work 100% onsite in Polanco. * Knowledge of recruitment tools and competency-based interviewing techniques. * Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple vacancies.
