




Position Summary: Ensure production planning by optimizing resources, controlling quality, maintenance, and guaranteeing safety and efficiency standards. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of a positive work environment. **Production Manager** **Position Objective:** Ensure fulfillment of the production plan through resource optimization, quality control, maintenance supervision, and assurance of safety, efficiency, and workplace climate standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with the production plan (actual vs. planned production). * Supervise productivity indicators: units produced per hour/employee. * Control costs: ratio between monthly production volume and total production expenses. * Guarantee quality index (conforming products vs. total production). * Reduce material waste and scrap. * Supervise operational accuracy through periodic audits. * Manage inventories: days-of-consumption coverage and turnover rate. * Ensure compliance with the maintenance plan (activities performed vs. scheduled). * Monitor safety indicators: disabling and non-disabling accidents, as well as lost workdays. * Track non-conformities arising from audits and ensure their timely closure. * Promote a positive work environment and measure the department’s workplace climate index. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in productive and financial performance indicators (KPIs). * Experience in quality control, maintenance, and inventory management. * Knowledge of industrial safety regulations. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Grocery vouchers. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Bonuses for KPI achievement.
