





Requirements: * Technician or Engineer in Industries, Production, Manufacturing, Textiles, Mechanical or related fields. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Desired experience in: * 1\. Manufacturing of curtains, blinds, textile products, or light assembly lines. * 2\. Operation of cutting, sewing, heat sealing, assembly, or rolling machinery. * 3\. Supervision of operational staff. * Knowledge of **curtain manufacturing processes**, such as: * 1\. Cutting fabrics or canvases. * 2\. Assembly of mechanisms (tubes, chains, tensioners, rails, brackets). * 3\. Control of measurements, specifications, and finishes. * Leadership and team coordination. * Clear and effective communication. * Organization and time management. * Decision-making under pressure. * Focus on quality and detail (measurements, finishes, colors). * Ability to solve production issues in real time. **Main ResponsibilitiesA. Planning and Organization** * Develop the **daily and weekly production schedule** per line (traditional and roll-up). * Verify the **arrival of fabrics and materials** before assigning work. * Generate **material dispatch sheets** for the warehouse clearly and in advance. * Prioritize urgent orders, delivery dates, and installations. **B. Operational Supervision** * Lead personnel in: * Sewing * Fabric cutting * Assembly / Rails * Ensure each person knows their task and daily target. * Monitor each process parametrically (timings, quality, order). * Resolve bottlenecks between cutting → sewing → assembly. **C. Productivity Control** * Measure **square meters produced** per line daily/weekly. * Analyze causes of low productivity and implement corrective actions. **D. Quality Control** * Inspect work before sending to QC or installation. * Detect sewing defects, incorrect tension, poor cuts, color tone differences, etc. * Identify who made the error and take action (retraining, adjustments). * Coordinate actions to reduce rework. **E. Communication and Coordination** * Conduct **weekly meetings** with each production line. * Conduct a **monthly meeting** with the entire team. * Coordinate with: * Purchasing (materials) * Installations (priorities) * Administration (costs and workload) * Warehouse (inventory and supplies) **F. Personnel Management** * Ensure discipline (attendance, uniform use, safety rules). * Evaluate monthly employee performance. * Identify talent and training needs. * Maintain an environment of order, respect, and productivity.
