Technical problem resolution and service quality assurance Leading telecommunications company **QIORA** seeks: **CREW SUPERVISOR** REQUIREMENTS: \-Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field \-Age 30 to 45 years \-Resident of Veracruz port \-Availability of time \-Valid driver's license and ability to drive \-Proven experience in TELECOMMUNICATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Supervise crew punctuality and attendance \-Manage workforce while respecting rest schedules, vacation plans, and disability arrangements for crews \-Monitor KPIs (Productivity and Excellence, Failure Rate, Installation Quality, reduction of repeat incidents, punctuality and attendance of personnel under supervision) \-Ensure crews have complete uniforms, tools, and safety equipment in good operating condition. \-Address and resolve any issues arising with field technicians during service installation and delivery. \-Conduct inventory of materials and tools for each warehouse\-crew \-Constant monitoring via SAP platform to verify equipment and material status for assigned crews.
