A private security company is seeking a Senior Recruiter with experience in Private Security to perform the following activities: * Posting operational job vacancies * Field recruitment (flyer distribution, online posting, job fairs) * Competency-based interviews * Candidate screening * Candidate follow-up * Administration and interpretation of psychometric tests * Execution of the recruitment and selection process Experience: * Recruitment tools * Competency-based interviewing * Personnel support Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Recruitment and selection: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
