Maintenance of customer service quality Supervise, coordinate, and ensure compliance with assigned security services, ensuring that operational staff carry out their duties efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with company guidelines and client requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct patrols and supervision visits at active service locations. * Verify attendance, appearance, and duty performance of security personnel. * Address and resolve incidents or irregularities reported at service sites. * Provide accompaniment and monitoring for operational staff. * Coordinate replacements or coverage for absences, leave, or emergencies. * Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure service quality. * Prepare daily supervision and incident reports. * Provide on-the-job training to new staff on specific service functions. * Ensure proper use of uniforms, equipment, and adherence to protocols. Schedule Monday through Sunday, 6 PM to 6 AM, fixed day off: Wednesday.
