Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. 3 years of experience in digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: * Social media management. * Planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network) campaigns. * Defining audiences, advanced segmentation, and remarketing strategies. * Adjusting budgets to maximize ROI. * Analysis and reporting. * Monitoring KPIs in real time and generating weekly reports. * Proposing data-driven continuous improvements. * Automation & Growth Hacking. * Identifying new digital growth opportunities. * Publishing posts across all social media profiles. * Monitoring social media posts. * Handling prospect assignments received via Cliengo. * Producing and publishing daily social media content. * Lead generation and sales. * Customer interaction on social media. * Interaction metrics (likes, comments, views, and reach). * Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
