This position directly contributes to operational continuity, compliance with safety standards, and efficiency in a manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** ================================= * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment such as pumps, mixers, reactors, production lines and auxiliary machinery. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical or hydraulic failures to restore safe equipment operation. * Support installation, calibration and commissioning of new equipment or process modifications. * Record maintenance activities in the CMMS system and ensure technical information is up to date. * Comply with safety, quality and environmental standards during execution of all tasks. * Respond promptly to failure reports to minimize production downtime. * Conduct routine inspections to identify abnormal conditions and report deviations to the Maintenance Supervisor. * Collaborate with the production team to coordinate maintenance activities affecting operations. * Support spare parts management, including availability review and requisitioning. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing equipment reliability and operational efficiency. **Minimum Requirements** ====================== * Technical degree or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical or Industrial Maintenance. * 2\+ years of maintenance experience in the chemical industry, manufacturing or industrial processes. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems applied to process equipment. * Ability to interpret drawings, electrical diagrams and operation manuals. * Basic computer skills for CMMS usage and activity recording. **Preferred Requirements** ======================== * Experience with SAP or similar CMMS systems. * Knowledge of predictive maintenance (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis). * Familiarity with TPM or RCM practices. * Basic English (reading technical manuals). * Demonstrated ability to diagnose failures and propose effective solutions. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety and teamwork. \#LI\-OA1 *H.B.
