Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to coordinate technical staff, supervise maintenance programs, and optimize equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for continuous development and training **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise maintenance technical staff. * Develop and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs. * Address critical failures and coordinate immediate corrective actions. * Manage spare parts and control area inventory. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards. * Analyze KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, downtime, etc.). * Participate in internal and external audits. * Propose improvements for equipment optimization and cost reduction. * IATF documentation management **Required Profile:** * Education: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of preventive, corrective maintenance, and TPM. * Personnel management experience. * Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems. * Proficiency in Excel and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). * Familiarity with IATF standard requirements. **Competencies:** * Leadership. * Teamwork. * Decision-making. * Results-oriented. * Effective communication. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Development opportunities. * Continuous training.
