Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health legislation **Chedraui Selecto Mérida Altabrisa Maya is hiring a General Physician for its branch** **GENERAL profile requirements:** * Providing medical attention, treatment, and follow-up for occupational accidents and diseases; conducting entrance examinations; preparing monthly reports; supporting monthly inspections by the Safety and Hygiene Committee. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Providing medical attention and treatment for occupational diseases and accidents. * Implementing and monitoring the branch’s occupational health programs. * Promoting a culture of self-care and health among store employees. * Ensuring compliance with current Occupational Health and Safety and Hygiene legislation. * Maintaining regular communication with Chedraui Corporate Health Coordinator. * Supporting achievement of company objectives. * Generating statistics and analyzing data from the assigned store. * Conducting periodic or new-employee medical examinations. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Knowledge of Safety, Hygiene, and Occupational Health **(Preferred)** * Knowledge of applicable legislation (IMSS, STPS) **(Preferred)** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office **REQUIREMENTS:** * Gender: Unrestricted * Degree certificate * Valid professional license * Interest in the healthcare field * Excellent patient interaction skills **SCHEDULE:** * To be agreed upon between the physician and the branch (minimum 2 hours, 2 days per week) Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $1,000.00 per hour Expected working hours: 2 to 4 hours per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Desirable) License/Certification: * Valid professional license (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
