Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Leader to supervise, coordinate, and maintain machinery, ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of production targets. Mexico Nuevo Atizapán de Zaragoza, Warehouse Area Education Level: Technical Degree, Incomplete Engineering, Intern **Experience required in:** * Supervising and coordinating operational staff activities in the production area * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery * Controlling and recording **machine hour counts** * Supervising staff **productive hours** * Reporting and following up on production and maintenance incidents * Monitoring and analyzing area **KPIs** * Establishing and tracking team **daily and weekly targets** * Opening and closing **production orders (PO)** * Managing returns or losses * Strictly applying internal regulations and safety guidelines * Mandatory experience in maintenance of Rewinding and Box-Folding Machines **Specific knowledge required in:** * Proficiency in **SAE** and **PROD systems (preferably)** * Proven experience in operation and maintenance of production machinery **We offer:** Statutory benefits Salary: $13,000 to $15,000 Net Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Experience: * Electromechanical: 3 years (Mandatory) * SAE: 1 year (Desirable) * PROD: 1 year (Desirable) * Rewinding Machine Maintenance: 1 year (Mandatory) * Box-Folding Machine Maintenance: 1 year (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
