FIELD RECRUITER Experience in Private Security Education: Completed high school \*Minimum 6 months to 1 year of HR experience conducting field recruitment \*Experience in HR processes (hiring, interviews, psychometric testing, anti-doping tests) \*Performance-based work aligned with targets Proficiency in the following areas: \*Strategic recruitment locations across the city \*State and municipal job boards \*Operational position and mid-management role profiling \*Social media recruitment.
