**Join Our Team** As we continue expanding our operations in Mexico, we are seeking an Electrical Supervisor. **Position:** ***Electrical Supervisor – Industrial Electrical Installation Projects*** **Location:** Monterrey, Nuevo León **Department:** Engineering / Technical **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical work activities. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on each project. * Manage assigned personnel and ensure adherence to delivery deadlines. * Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve any technical issues arising during construction. * Report progress and results to project management. * Installations: Lighting, Cable Tray, Compressed Air **Requirements** * Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising electrical construction projects in industrial settings. * Solid knowledge of electrical installation standards and quality acceptance processes; experience with medium/low voltage systems and cable laying is desirable. * Familiarity with international and Mexican standards (NOM, IEC, NFPA, etc.). * Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; AutoCAD, Project, Unit Prices. * Strong communication and coordination skills in multi-stakeholder environments. * Intermediate/Advanced conversational English; not an exclusionary requirement. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. * Fixed-term contract per project, with potential conversion to indefinite-term employment. * Statutory benefits. *Don’t hesitate to apply!
