




**Job Description: Hybrid and Field Sales Advisor** KS Private Security is seeking a proactive, results-oriented Sales Advisor to drive the sale of private security services in the Querétaro area. If you enjoy fieldwork, generating contacts, and building business relationships, this opportunity is for you. **Your Responsibilities** As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients interested in private security services—such as on-site guards—developing and managing prospects, and generating business opportunities. **Work Schedule** The schedule is hybrid and flexible; there is no fixed schedule, provided you meet your prospect-generation targets and attend scheduled meetings. **Work Location** Querétaro, Querétaro, with fieldwork and remote work depending on your activities. **Requirements** Experience in sales or commercial areas is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-focused skills. Proactivity and ability to work toward objectives. Availability for fieldwork and for building your own prospect agenda.
