




**Job Description** We are looking for a **Cook** to join the team at **La Barra de Fran and Ultramarinos de Fran**, Spanish culinary concepts located in Polanco. The position requires experience in professional cooking, organization, commitment, and teamwork skills, in a dynamic and high-level environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and execution of dishes according to group recipes and standards. * Daily mise en place and support during service. * Compliance with hygiene, cleaning, and food safety regulations. * Proper handling of ingredients, supplies, and kitchen tools. * Assistance in controlling waste and product rotation. * Coordinated work with the kitchen and front-of-house teams. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a cook in restaurants or hotels. * Knowledge of Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine (desirable). * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Responsible, organized, and proactive individual. * Flexible availability. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability within an established gastronomic group. * Positive work environment and opportunities for growth.
