Main Responsibilities: Assist in food preparation following recipes and established standards. Set up workstations (grill, bar, sink, etc.). Maintain cleanliness and order in your area during and after service. Comply with food hygiene and safety protocols. Assist in daily production and mise en place. Report supply, equipment, or infrastructure issues to the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Proven experience in kitchen (hot or cold). * Organization, cleanliness, and ability to work under pressure. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Flexible availability.
