Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Position Objective:** Lead the implementation of commercial strategies in the Regional office, managing the planning, coordination, and execution of sales initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Contribute to strategic alignment with the Regional office. * Management of key performance indicators (premiums, estimates, AN, etc.). * Liaison with central areas: visits from Vice Presidencies, webinars with offices and Business Lines. * Coordination with commercial partners: webcasts with promoters, advisory councils, pilots. * Commercial monitoring: 1:1 meetings with offices, pipeline review, work plan. * Business catalyst for commercial strategy: Personal Lines and Commercial Lines. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Administration, Economics, International Business, or related field. * Experience: In the insurance or financial sector, leading commercial teams and implementing commercial strategies, managing commercial dashboards. * Knowledge: Across all insurance lines, sales KPI management. * Language: Basic English. * Tools: Power BI, Advanced Excel. ***Competencies:*** Business knowledge, Accountability, Change management. **What We Offer You?** At AXA Mexico, we provide a path to enhance your skills, grow personally and professionally, and live an experience that challenges you to become better every day.
