Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and positive Bartender to prepare and serve beverages, contributing to a fun and entertaining experience at MrBoom. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare, serve, and present alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with quality, speed, and a positive attitude, contributing to the distinctive fun, singing, and entertainment experience offered by MrBoom, while maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and operational control. Duties and Responsibilities: · Prepare classic cocktails, house cocktails, and beverages according to MrBoom’s recipes and standards. · Serve customers at the bar with courteous, dynamic, and experience-focused interaction. · Recommend beverages, promotions, and special cocktails, encouraging responsible consumption. · Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout operations. · Manage supplies through inventory tracking of glassware and bar equipment, reporting shortages or losses. · Comply with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations. · Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service. · Coordinate with servers, entertainers, and staff to ensure smooth service during events and karaoke. · Support complementary departmental activities such as service and kitchen staff duties. · Actively participate in MrBoom’s special events, contests, and themed nights. Required Profile: · Minimum bartender experience (preferably in high-volume restaurants). · Basic knowledge of classic mixology and beverage handling. · Excellent service attitude, energy, and tolerance for pressure. · Ability to work effectively in teams and in dynamic, noisy environments. · Responsibility, punctuality, and professional appearance. · Flexible schedule availability, including weekends.
