**Job Objective** Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to high standards of quality, technique, and presentation, delivering an outstanding customer experience and contributing to the bar area’s profitability. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare classic cocktails, signature cocktails, and standard beverages according to established recipes. * Ensure proper execution of mixology techniques, presentation, and service timing. * Directly serve customers at the bar with professionalism, courtesy, and proactivity. * Possess in-depth knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, flavor profiles, and food pairing suggestions. * Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout operations. * Monitor appropriate usage of supplies to minimize shrinkage and waste. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations. * Assist with inventory management, requisitions, and proper product rotation. * Collaborate with captains and servers to ensure seamless service.
