Teamwork in a private security environment PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANY SEEKING STAFF ACCOUNTANT – Payroll and IMSS Job Objective: Provide support in the accounting and administrative management of the payroll department, generate financial statements, and ensure proper compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations. Main Responsibilities: * Data entry and updating of personnel database. * Determination and calculation of taxes. * Biweekly payroll stamping. * Registration, termination, and modifications with IMSS. * Operation of SUA and SIPARE platforms. * Control and payment of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT contributions. * Support in REPSE-related processes. * Overall personnel management regarding payroll and social charges. * Preparation of financial and tax reports. * Safeguarding and control of labor documentation. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (certified with professional license) * Age: 32 years or older * Minimum experience: 3 years in payroll and social security (verifiable) * Essential knowledge: IMSS, SUA, SIPARE, payroll stamping, tax calculation, Federal Labor Law, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and REPSE Skills and Competencies: * Organization and attention to detail * Handling of confidential information * Responsibility and professional ethics * Working under pressure * Proactivity * Advanced Excel proficiency * Analytical ability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
