Professional development in a private security environment A private-sector company in the security industry is seeking a ***"LABOR LAWYER"*** to perform the following duties: * Employment terminations. * Employer/employee representation. * Labor litigation. * Conciliation hearings. * Calculation of severance payments. * Drafting and/or responding to lawsuits. * Negotiation with employees. **Required Knowledge:** * Locations of labor courts in CDMX, Pachuca, Cuernavaca, and Puebla. * Civil and commercial contracts. * Teamwork. * Initiation and follow-up of investigative files. * Notarial powers of attorney and assembly minutes. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 am to 06:30 pm, with availability for travel. Must hold a professional license (Cédula profesional) and a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Law. Minimum 4 years of experience. **Offered:** * Monthly salary of $10,000 to $15,000. * On-site cafeteria. * Company-provided telephone equipment.
