This role is critical to driving company growth, strengthening client relationships, and unlocking new business opportunities across various sales channels. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and develop commercial relationships with B2B and B2C clients. * Identify growth and cross-selling opportunities. * Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives. * Coordinate commercial negotiations and contract closures. * Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. * Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales reports. * Analyze the market to identify trends and opportunities. * Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure exceptional customer service. * Achieve established sales targets and KPIs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Sales, Logistics, or related field. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B and B2C sales within the HORECA sector. * Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills. * Ability to analyze information. **We offer:** * Competitive salary * Biweekly payments. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 h; Saturdays, 9:00–14:00 h. * Location: Blvd. Bernado Quintana, Qro.
