Join our team to continue building our success story together. **Job Description** -------------------------- As a Host, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, seating them at tables or in the lounge, and ensuring facility quality and service standards. This is an entry-level position focused on exceptional guest service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area.**Job Functions and Responsibilities** -------------------------------------------- * Greet guests upon arrival, making them feel welcomed and appreciated. * Seat guests at tables or in lounges efficiently and courteously. * Take reservations by phone and manage the reservation book. * Maintain an accurate waitlist, ensuring guests are seated promptly. * Assist in maintaining general cleanliness and appearance of the dining area and entrance. * Work closely with servers and other staff to address guest needs and resolve any issues. * Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met to the best of our ability. * Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned. **Work Experience** ----------------------- * Entry-level position with limited prior training or relevant work experience. * Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks. * Work is prescribed and completed with minimal autonomy. * Works under close supervision or clearly defined procedures. * Has 0–1 year of work experience. **Competencies** ---------------- Interpersonal Skills Functional Job Knowledge Leadership Problem Solving Teamwork and Collaboration Accountability Business Acumen Advocating for Guest Needs Self-Development Impact**Education** ------------- * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * A combination of education and experience will be considered. **Certifications** ------------------- * Certifications may be required or preferred.
