Job Summary: We are seeking an Account Manager for Consumables to manage the customer portfolio, ensure customer satisfaction, increase sales, and identify business opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an **Account Manager for Consumables** to follow up on our **installed customer base**, ensure their satisfaction, and increase sales recurrence. If you possess strong customer orientation, commercial skills, and enjoy follow-up activities, this position is for you. **Responsibilities** * Manage and serve the **existing customer portfolio** (installed base). * Prepare and follow up on **quotations**. * Convert quotations into **orders**, ensuring end-to-end flow: request → delivery → confirmation. * Identify **upselling and cross\-selling** opportunities. * Maintain the **CRM** updated with history, contacts, and follow-up records. * Coordinate with internal departments (technical, warehouse, billing, collections). * Monitor **consumption patterns**, replenishment dates, and future needs. * Prepare weekly commercial progress reports. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree preferred.** * Minimum 3 years of experience in: * **inside sales** * order administration * customer service * commercial call center * CRM and intermediate Excel proficiency**.** * **Excellent communication and follow-up skills.** * Results-oriented mindset and customer service orientation **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Monthly consumables sales * Customer retention rate * Quotations sent vs. closed * Response time * Forecast accuracy * Order recurrence rate **We Offer** * Competitive salary \+ bonus * Job stability * Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday * Statutory benefits * Professional work environment * Opportunity for internal growth **Interested?** Please send us your updated CV and salary expectations.
