




Job Summary: Administer and optimize the company's vehicle fleet usage, ensuring its availability, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage vehicle fleet, machinery, and transportation. 2. Ensure compliance with traffic and transportation regulations. 3. Implement vehicle safety policies. Administer, control, and optimize the company's vehicle fleet usage, ensuring its availability, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency, contributing to the continuity and profitability of logistics operations. Fleet Management o Control and monitoring of all utility vehicles, machinery, and transportation assets. o Assignment of utility vehicles according to operational needs. o Control of entries, exits, and availability. * Maintenance and Operations o Scheduling and tracking of preventive and corrective maintenance. o Maintenance history control per unit. o Supervision of physical and functional condition of vehicles. o Tracking of usage and maintenance logs for each utility vehicle, machinery, and transportation asset. * Administrative Control o Vehicle documentation management (registrations, inspections, insurance, permits, etc.). o Control of expiration dates and renewals for all types of documentation associated with or related to utility vehicles, machinery, and transportation assets. o Administration of leasing contracts (if applicable). * Cost Control o Monitoring of fuel consumption. o Control of operational expenses (repairs, spare parts, insurance). o Unit-by-unit cost analysis and usage efficiency analysis. Regulatory Compliance o Ensure compliance with traffic and transportation regulations. o Coordination of environmental inspections and official reviews. o Incident, fine, and accident control. * Safety and Accidents o Insurance management and accident response. o Claims tracking. o Implementation of vehicle safety policies. * Operator Control (Indirect Coordination) o Validation of valid driver licenses. o Coordination with operations for efficient assignment (top-performing operators). * Reporting and Analysis o Preparation of availability, cost, and performance reports. o Fleet management indicators (KPIs). o Continuous improvement proposals. WORK EXPERIENCE: * 3 to 5 years in vehicle control, fleet management, or logistics. * Experience managing multiple units (preferred).
