You will be responsible for ensuring that computer equipment, networks, and peripherals operate correctly, guaranteeing excellent service to our internal users. **CANDIDATE PROFILE** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Intern, Graduate, or Incomplete degree). **Experience:** 0–1 year (Entry-level candidates / recent graduates are welcome!). **English:** Basic (Ability to read technical manuals and understand software interfaces). **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **User Support:** Resolving network, user application, and peripheral device issues (printers, scanners, etc.). **Technical Support:** Supporting office and manufacturing systems, ensuring rapid response times. **Inventory Control:** Managing and protecting IT assets (computer equipment, hardware, and software). **Data Backup:** Monitoring backups and ensuring data protection. **Documentation:** Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation for site systems and processes. **DESIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** Proficiency in **GSuite** (Google) and MS Office.
