Goal setting and conflict resolution. **Funeral services company seeking a Supervisor with specific experience in collections** **Requirements and Competencies:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or General Engineering. * Age: 30 to 45 years old * Motorcycle license; ability to drive standard transmission vehicles * Experience in collections and similar positions * Knowledge of sales * Customer service skills **Responsibilities:** * Management of personnel under supervision (zonal collection supervisors and collectors) * Responsibility for logistics of personnel under supervision * Cash income control for the assigned zone * Ability to develop KPIs for collections * Supervise and track accounts receivable, customers, members, employees, and any other relevant parties * Establish collection goals and objectives * Proficiency in collection software (registration of 10,000 members) * Daily review of collection performance compliance * Conflict resolution with customers General Information and Compensation Work mode: 100% on-site Position type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Salary increases * Sick leave days * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work location: On-site employment
