




Job Description: * Minimum education: Bachelor's degree Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager Intermediate Excel proficiency required (a test will be administered during the interview). Responsibilities: * Develop work plans, schedules, budgets, and risk analyses for each project. * Coordinate the installation of security services: operational personnel, technological equipment (CCTV, alarms, access control systems, etc.), and procedures. * Supervise contract compliance and ensure customer satisfaction. * Manage human and material resources assigned to each project. * Lead meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. * Prepare progress reports and executive reports for management. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding private security (including permits and certifications). * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within projects.
